This 40 Hour Immerison and 40 Hour Teacher Training Certification provides an understanding of the theory of Yoga Nidra in both yogic and scientific terms, as well as various applications to be used for deep relaxation, stress management, chronic pain, anxiety and depression, insomnia, PTSD, and releasing negative emotions and thought patterns.
This 4 week Yoga & Yoga Nidra Series has been designed to help relieve tension and stress so that you can begin a new week feeling well-rested, focused and at ease in your body.
Each class consists of 30 minutes of a mixed level, feel good yoga practice with just the right combination of stretch and strength, and 30 minutes of deeply restorative yoga nidra.
Our 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training builds on the skills you learned in your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and is open to teachers from all Yoga Alliance Registered Schools.
Whether you want to work with advanced students, teach with more confidence or specialize your skills for working with specific populations, this program is the first step in realizing your potential as a teacher

In this advanced training in Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra, you will learn the science of this versatile technique as it applies to Eastern and Western views, working with private clients as well as a deepening of your own personal practice. This level 2 Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra training will deepen your understanding of the principles associated with unconscious defense mechanisms, such as abreaction, projection, resistance as well as resonance in order to attune to the shared field of consciousness. This training is especially focused on bringing Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra into a one-on-one application.

This 65 Hour Level I training provides an understanding of the theory of Yoga Nidra in both yogic and scientific terms, as well as various applications to be used for deep relaxation, stress management, chronic pain, anxiety and depression, insomnia, PTSD, and releasing negative emotions and thought patterns.
Yoga Nidra can be successfully used in personal practice, yoga classes, social work, massage and physical therapy, as well as alternative and integrative practices.

In this 25 hour training we will focus on the physiology of Yoga Nidra including the anatomy of the brain, as well as brain scans specific to Yoga Nidra. As well, how to use Yoga Nidra techniques for specific populations such as those working with PTSD, Anxiety, Insomnia, and Addictions.
Prerequisite: Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra Level 1 or equivalent.
This training also includes Yoga Nidra for Children with new script cards for guiding.
