Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra is an ancient transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry. Yoga Nidra is a simple, yet profound, systematic technique of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
This 50 Hour Certification provides an understanding of the theory of Yoga Nidra in both yogic and scientific terms, as well as various applications to be used for deep relaxation, stress management, chronic pain, anxiety and depression, insomnia, PTSD, and releasing negative emotions and thought patterns.
Yoga Nidra can be successfully used in personal practice, yoga classes, social work, massage and physical therapy, as well as alternative and integrative practices.

April 30 - May 2 and June 11 - 13, 2021 with 2 Wednesday Evening Sessions May 19 and June 2.
Weekend
Friday: 5:30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 4:30pm
Midweek
Wednesday Evening Zoom Classes 5:30pm - 7:30pm
All training times based in PST (Pacific Standard Time)
Breakdown of Training Hours:
32 Hours live Zoom instruction
18 Hours home study consisting of prerecorded lectures, reading and homework assignments including practice teaching and final practicum
