Our 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training builds on the skills you learned in your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and is open to teachers from all Yoga Alliance Registered Schools.

Whether you want to work with advanced students, teach with more confidence or specialize your skills for working with specific populations, this program is the first step in realizing your potential as a teacher and mastering your own life in a Kundalini Tantra Methodology and Lineage.

This program consists of 7 individual 40 hour modules. Each module focuses on a specific aspect of Classical Yoga. All modules are a combination of lectures and discussions, as well as practices such as asana, pranayama, meditation and self-inquiry. All of the above practices have been designed to complement the lecture content.

All live and online sessions are recorded and available for viewing on our online course platform for those who attend exclusively online and those who would like to revisit the content.

Modules 1-5 may be taken in any order as they are offered as well as stand alone training programs. Each of these 7 modules may be taken either online or in-person.
