This 4 week Yoga & Yoga Nidra Series has been designed to help relieve tension and stress so that you can begin a new week feeling well-rested, focused and at ease in your body.

Each class consists of 30 minutes of a mixed level, feel good yoga practice with just the right combination of stretch and strength, and 30 minutes of deeply restorative yoga nidra.

Jnana: Exploring the Deeper Practices of Yoga

The path of knowledge and wisdom. Jnana is the yoga of contemplation. In this module, we move inward, classically known as the path of nivritti. We will look at the classic text, The Bhagavad Gita and share our decades long insights as well as hear from contemporary masters. This training will give you an experience of the edge, of willfully managing energy and then learning to direct it in a way you choose. Ultimately, the gift of the deeper practice is a clarity of your dharma- how your focused energy will serve the world.

Open to students and teachers of all levels ready for a journey of self-empowerment and discovery.
