This TAKE A BREATH training is designed to produce presenters to continue the burgeoning TAKE A BREATH in school program.  To date over 2000 kids have experienced this simple, but transformational work.  Specifically designed to complement the online content, this presenter training gives you the ability to lead a 1-hour in school experience for students in grades 7 through 12, and shorter versions of the program for the K-6 schools. You will also receive training in how to bring an experience and education of Take a Breath to Parent/Teacher groups as well as Educators and Administrators.

The training includes:

• A printed manual
• Sequence and content cards to lead from
• Access to the TAB online content
• Numerous yoga nidra experiences for you
• Suggestions for business support and opportunities
• Marketing which supports you entering a school or district, handouts for educators, parents and kids

• Friday, February 24: 4:00pm - 9:00pm
• Saturday, February 25: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Sunday, February 26: 9:00am - 6:00pm
