What is Lifestyle Coaching?
Lifestyle Coaching is a unique style of personal transformation drawn from years of education, personal practice and experience. Each of the 8 weeks you will receive the support, accountability and Knowledge you need to become the healthiest version of you, to begin to explore your own personal relationship with food, exercise, rest and integration, nature, relationships and community, career and dharma. You will be asked to record your findings, and answer specifically chosen questions to facilitate a deeper understanding of yourself, as well as a greater capacity for awareness. Towards the end of each week, we will check-in. This gives you the opportunity to stay on track as well as fine-tune the practices.
